What is your nail polish aka manicure ‘routine’?

Do you put a base coat, or a top coat, how many coats of nail polish do you use, do you put cuticle oil right before your start your nail polish process…etc wtc

In a nut shell, what is your process of applying nail polish for the best results?

My nail polish routine:

1) I wash my nails and under the nails so that their dry.
2) I put on a base coat and let it dry for like 5 minutes
3)I put on a thin layer of my color
4) I put a little bit thicker coat on top so it looks nice and sooth and opaque
5) I let that dry for like 5 minutes
6) I put on the top coat
7) I get it dry for like a couple hours
Waa LA!
My nails DID! …lol
